The smooth flat cooking surface is perfect for frying eggs, bacon, pancakes, fish and other delicate foods that require a flat surface. Coated with CADAC’s PFAS-free GreenGrill ceramic coating for healthier cooking, excellent heat retention and effortless cleaning. The integrated heat deflector distributes heat evenly across the entire plate. Features a removable handle for easy lifting and safe swapping between cooking surfaces. Simply wipe clean with warm soapy water or pop in the dishwasher. Part of the CADAC modular accessory system.
