- Choose your format
Pick a complete mantel suite or a firebox for a suitable custom installation. Check the overall dimensions and the space around it.
- Set up for your space
Helmi, Larsen and Magna mantels arrive flat-packed and are designed to assemble in around 30 minutes. Rolf’s mantel arrives assembled; fit the separate firebox as instructed.
- Make yourself comfortable
Once correctly positioned and connected to a suitable socket, use the remote to select flame and heat settings. PowerFlame 2 adds app control when connected to compatible Wi-Fi.
Built-in installations need planning. Follow the matching firebox and installation-kit manuals for ventilation, clearances, fixing and electrical requirements. The original 23RK1 kit is not assumed compatible with PowerFlame 2.

Prefer a real fire? TAGU FreeFlame pairs a bioethanol insert with a choice of mantel styles. Enjoy a natural, moving flame with no chimney or flue.
The FreeFlame B611 insert
Real fire, simply controlled.
A steel firebox with an open, glass-free view and a stainless steel fuel reservoir. Adjust the flame manually using the included control rod.
- 0.5-litre bioethanol reservoir.
- Approximately 1–2 hours of burning, depending on use.
- Bioethanol fuel is purchased separately.

A sculpted concrete-look surround with a warm wood top, paired with the FreeFlame bioethanol insert.

Enjoy real fire responsibly. Use only in a suitable, ventilated room and follow the B611 manual for positioning, clearances, fuel and refilling. Never add fuel to a lit or hot burner; allow it to cool fully first.
A finishing touch

TAGU Candleplace pairs a wooden wick with the Crackling Fireplace scent. Choose a single candle or a three-candle gift box.
These are real-flame candles, separate from the electric fireplace range.
Burn on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials, children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

A few things you might be wondering.
Can I enjoy the flame without heating the room?
Yes. Both PowerFlame generations let you use the electric flame effect independently of the heater, so you can enjoy the atmosphere throughout the year.
Do I need a chimney?
The electric fireplaces do not need a chimney or flue. They still need a suitable electrical supply, correct positioning and the ventilation and clearances specified in the model’s manual.
Which range connects to my phone?
PowerFlame 2 supports the Tuya Smart app using compatible 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. The original PowerFlame uses its included remote and onboard controls; it is not described as a Wi-Fi model.
Can the firebox go into my existing fireplace?
It may be suitable, depending on the opening, depth, airflow, access and electrical supply. Send SunSource your opening dimensions and a photo so we can help identify the right model. Installation-kit compatibility must match the firebox generation.
How do I choose the right size and finish?
Compare the full mantel dimensions on the product pages and measure your available wall space. Our team can help you compare Helmi, Larsen, Magna and Rolf. Finish and availability vary by model.
